Introducing | Cousin Kula – Hesitation

Bristol’s Cousin Kula have been around for a while now, gigging prolifically across the city and the country as a whole. Today, though, marked the release of their debut single, ‘Hesitation’, and it was definitely worth the wait. Driven by a melody that’ll be lodged in your head for days, it begins as a fairly low-key affair. The riff and other synths drop in and out, teasing the crescendo that is to come to glorious effect. Their self-described psych-pop is both infectious and effortlessly brilliant; Cousin Kula are a band who demand and deserve your attention.
